This Love Cake Tart is a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of raspberries with the buttery richness of a classic tart crust. Perfect for sharing with loved ones!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 egg yolk. 1/4 cup raspberry jam. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries. Powdered sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Pulse the flour, butter, sugar, and salt together in a food processor until the mixture looks like big crumbs. Pulse the food processor with the egg yolk in it until the dough comes together. Make sure the dough is spread out evenly in a 9-inch tart pan. Cover the crust of the tart with raspberry jam. Put some fresh raspberries on top of the jam. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown. Let the tart cool all the way down in the pan before taking it out. Before you serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
