Cheeseburger Flatbread Melts are a delicious twist on traditional cheeseburgers. The savory ground beef mixture, combined with the tangy flavors of pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo, is spread on flatbreads and topped with melted cheddar cheese. It's a quick and easy meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced pickles. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 flatbreads. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat your oven's broiler. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the flatbreads, spreading it out to cover the entire surface of each. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture on each flatbread. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbreads are toasted. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing each flatbread into halves or quarters. Serve your Cheeseburger Flatbread Melts hot, and enjoy!
