Running list of registered users that are bots for your Ao3 blocklists:
lila_grace92
lila_grace63
lila_grace547
LorenHarper
Hugolemire263
Will add as people notify me of others or as I keep getting spam comments. You can report spam comments, but Ao3 will only delete the comments apparently, not the users. It sucks that locking fics to registered users won’t even work anymore. Added: (thank you to @sanctaalia, @envydean, @thejukeboxzero, @farenmaddox, @malicmalic, @wanderingcas)

gojoartist007 lila_grace64
TheVisualDrift21 (also goes by Lila Grace in comments, and has the same profile pic as one of the lila_grace accts. Lila Grace, I hope both sides of your pillow are always warm and that your phone chargers always break).
LawrenceGravel
oliviamose
roshuhavenobrain Bryansnyder23 (also known as evelynmia123 on Discord) Maddy_Flake (This one is tricky to spot because the profile has a work uploaded to it, however upon closer inspection, it is very likely that the work is AI-generated (a lot of vagueness, "it's not X, it's X" phrasing, etc). Their reply to the comment on that work is nonsensical (and points to their primary goal of an illustration scam), and from other hallmarks (e.g., identical comments across several fics asking to share illustrations), this user is suspected to be a bot).
Tumblrs to block: You can also block and report lila grace on Tumblr here. Block dreambloo-m (guest commenter "Nick") on Tumblr here. (also goes by dreambloom / kachao on Discord)
A good hallmark of these accounts, aside from the lila_grace repeats in some of the usernames, is that the "users" will (usually) have no works, no bookmarks, and nothing else on their profile. They might change their profile pic to seem like a legit account, but they don't actually contribute anything other than their spam comments. I'd preemptively search for and block any of the lila grace accounts, but unfortunately, you can't search by creator on Ao3 unless the user has any actual works (which is why they have none--and why lists like these are helpful).
Other hallmarks of scams here.
