Wearing a Niqab ( better known as jilbab or burqa) truly makes me feel much more confident and LIBERATED , because i am adorning whatever i want to. ¶ I dont have to waste too much time in selecting dresses or doing make up while going out

¶ I can wear pyjamas and walk in malls

¶ No men have ever teased or harassed me while I adorned my beautiful Jilbaab

¶ People respect me & address me as“Madam” & make space for me while walking in a crowd.

¶ People can judge me by my intellect. I display my faith & not by my body although I am not perfect

¶Lastly & importantly,I feel blessed & privileged that I fulfil ALLAH'S command as He ordered us in the Qur'aan & I m a walking example of that verse.

Although I am a stranger;I am a representative of Islam .

My advice is to focus on the desire that is in your heart. I don't want to compromise your privacy, since you've share some very intimate information about your circumstances, but there are ways you can make progress towards your goal.
