Depression Purge

I remembered a quote that I never gave much thought. It’s from the movie lion king lol.

“When the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world.”

I don’t think it is wrong to go inward. Care for yourself. Make you better then everyone. Worth abandoning? They won’t be worth my time.

Make YOU what they lost. Abandoning YOU was their mistake. YOU will be amazing with or without them.

I see my love wherever I go.

I see her in everyone.

Except herself.

My love is for everyone.

But she’s no longer everyone to me.

hard shit, dope shit, talk shit- no shit.

It still feels like somewhere I can just visit

Still not sure if I'm awake or dreaming

Life's a trip and the walls are breathing

Projectile vomitting up all the lies you fed

Holding down what I took so I could end up dead

Shapes and symbols as my body bounces in my bed

Angel gapes at the gaping holes in my head

Outperforming the tears produced in my heart

It was obvious there was bad intentions from the start

But memories get murky in the tunnels they travel down

No mentions even on my birthday no class class-clown

Overdramatic, empty handed, over emotional, unrealistic; feeling fantastic

Grounded, Corners sanded, a little delusional, I changed now I'm fucking drastic

Measures that I didn't think I'd take

Nothing processed or fake

I can't even eat when I'm tripping

So when you don't see me chugging I'm sipping

Losing a mind thanks to feelings, not the drugs

But I'll take those too, my holes already been dug.
