Guys, I made a list of all the wha chapters Beldaruit appears in!
If a chapter number has an exclamation mark next to it, it indicates he's a pretty main part of the chapter, but if it doesn't that means he's still in it but more secondarily
Anyways, the list:
31! 33 34! 35! 36! 37 38!

Also I broke it down into the different arcs he's in (the great hall, silver eve, the leech, and the orufrey backstory)
(And I didnt add chapters where he doesnt have a speaking role or just says one line, so the list might be sliightly incomplete, but if you're aiming for a good Beldaruit reread then this list is, in my opinion, comprehensive)
(Oh and i originally didnt add 47 because he's only on like the last page, so it didn't seeem worth it, but also he is in it and does speak so i decided to add it)
