Babes you can't put on my dash a post starting with a marriage of convenience between a man (in it for the money) and a woman fifty years his senior (in it for "malice," whatever that means) and then expect me to be anything but HORRIBLY disappointed when the rest of the marketing reveals it's m/m romance.
You can't start with an old female character wanting to marry a much younger man because spite and then pull the rug under me by promising m/m romance and think it's anything but a :( moment.
