Yes, Altars are amazing. Creating holy space is great. But they're not the only way you can deepen your relationship with your deity.

Literally just grab a dairy and dedicate it to them, and write your thoughts and prayers there. They can read it, they can see it. They listen.

Personally, I write to Lucifer anything. I had a shitty day? I'll write. I had a good day? I'll write. I noticed improvements? I'll write. I want to thank him? I'll write. I noticed some signs from him? I'll write. I have new hyperfixation and want to tell him about it? I'll write.
