That’s why I swear by the 👉🏼Time Boxing method. By allocating specific time slots for each task, I am able to prioritize and complete my daily tasks without sacrificing quality time with my family or neglecting my fitness goals. I start my day by creating a to-do list and breaking it down into time boxes. This helps me prioritize my tasks and allocate the necessary time for each one. For example, I allocate two hours for checking and responding to emails, and another hour for checking and responding DMs. I also make sure to include breaks in between tasks to refresh my mind and prevent burnout. This method has helped me achieve balance and productivity in all aspects of my life.
