Whenever I need more fats and less protein in a snack (but don't want to fuss with an avocado - - especially while working), I tend to grab macadamia nuts. Today, for example, I'm almost at the limit for my protein for the day (blame the tasty chicken I had for lunch lol)... so I got some macadamia nuts! I wish they weren't so pricey, but well worth it. Snapshot of my day! Cheat day! 💖 Lunch was a mushroom glamburger from The Cheesecake Factory on a gluten free bun, and a Coffee & Cream cheesecake (gluten free) for dessert. Watched a movie (Breaking In) then went shopping. I FINALLY FIT A 1X/2X IN TOPS AGAIN. Was wondering why some of my 2x/3x tops seem looser. Yaaaay!! And dinner was a bunless polish dog with toppings at Umai. I wanted a gluten free bun but they ran out and I think that was the universe telling me I had way too many carbs today. 😂 Thanks, universe! 👌🏾 And thanks @lolobang for all the fun! 😗
