She was left to rot in an abandoned shipyard, basically a graveyard where they trashed titans no longer useful to the government. Megatron and his crew found her and fixed her up, and in return she agreed to act as their transport ship. She was moved by his ideals and for the first time she felt someone recognized her as a living being. She became very attached to Megs and Soundwave especially throughout the course of her time as their ship, though she is mostly saddened by the increased violence and anger leading their cause.
