I am a pretty introverted person, but I don’t want that to be confused with shyness or being unsociable. (I am an INFJ according to that Myers Briggs test.) There are many times I prefer to be alone, but it’s normally because I am “recharging.” In order for me to be the best version of myself around others, I need that time to recalibrate myself with myself.
