in case anyone was wondering what my top fav interaction of theirs in the whole show is it's this. specifically ruben's tenderness not just at the fact that niall found someone, but at the irony that it's alby. I went to prison for over a decade cause of that this being the first time he doesn't bring that up with any kind of bitterness. there is a genuine lightheartedness he says it with. one would expect him to be mad- I went to prison for that and I wouldn't have even cared. bc he cares enough that naill's happy (:
