Fire used to be mostly dangerous, warm but still threatening to hurt and destroy if one wasn't careful, but now it's changed for him cuz Feliks looks at it the same way he looks at Munk and it is still scary and demanding respect but Munk had seen it dancing on Feliks' fingertips, watched it illuminate his eyes and fur and now whenever he looks in a fireplace the fire is no longer just ranging, it's dancing now for him the same way it's dancing with Feliks

Shadows moving suddenly used to only be a sign of danger, unseen threat or humans getting far too close far too quickly, but now they're also a sign of his boyfriend then mate being near, shadows clinging to him and pulling at his feet the same way wind pulls on Munk's fur

And also Munk being a bit wary around and unwilling towards strangers, especially ones that he cannot understand cuz it often would end in either a brawl or a tense staredown, but now it's just a regular part of his day

It is fascinating to him the way Feliks' voice changes when he switches languages, what words slips out in a conversation, so casual it takes him a second to realise what he's said and that Munk doesnt understand. How he sometimes forgets Munk doesn't understand him, usually when he's excited or sleepy, the way it sounds more and giving him tingles somewhere deep inside when he calls Munk skarbie or kochanie or any other pet name that he only vaguely remembers the meaning of, the way Munk starts to recognise the patterns and he wants to know, he wants to learn

I saw the gray one first at the first stall and it was like a sign, I found the other one at another stall

Kinda funny to me that once again the closest Munk lookalike ended up being a dog (I do actually want to find a cat one for him but I'm gonna keep this doggo one too)
