Many lgbt teenagers and young adults growing up on the internet today have socially conservative beliefs that they voice at all times that they got from their conservative parents which they’ve never challenged because they think the life experience of being gay or trans makes them politically progressive

This is why I hate it when people say something homophobic and then go “so you’re really accusing me, a whole ass lesbian, of being homophobic 🙄” like yeah

I called out a trans woman for literally going "I can't believe these idiot trannies fetishize being trans so they can lie about being gay" and told her that was literal Terf Rhetoric but genderswapped and her only response was to say she's a trans woman and therefore not a TERF. Yeah I didn't think you were a TERF, TERFS don't use the term "foid"

I love the dramatic and kind of comic irony of this quote. He says “despair” as in “feel jealous you‘ll never be as important as me, but it ends up really meaning “feel existential dread that everything will be dust one day the same way my own creations are”

i love this more and more every time i see it.

I have so much love for this person. The amount of empathy it takes to have these considerations about a person you will never meet, the eloquence and conviction with which they speak, the contempt for landlords. Sometimes I see something someone writes or creates and I wish with everything in me that I could meet and talk to that person for hours about what caused them to be this kind of light in the universe. This is one of those times.
