New AO3 Skin
I was feeling inspired, so I went ahead and made a new skin for AO3. I've always wanted a purple space-themed skin, and had yet to find one that I liked. I've already successfully modified/rebuilt a skin for one of my friends, and between that and fiddling around with my own skin (posted not long ago here on this page) I felt pretty confident in my ability to make a new one. Although to be perfectly honest I just modified an existing skin I already had. But I'm super happy with the results I've got. Pics below for reference! Code can be found on Github here!
Many huuuuuge thanks to my two friends (Anonymous and @kigichi) who helped beta the skin and fine-tune it. Without them it would be nowhere near where it is right now.

Phantom: *scowls*

Phantom: 10 minutes. *all his duplicates vanish and Phantom turns and floats out*
*water bottles appear out of nowhere, and all the sidekicks collapse, desperately chugging the water bottles*
Flash: No, seriously, what did you say to him? I've never seen him that upset before.
Artemis, clutching her ribs: K-Kid Flash s-said he didn't get why-why we couldn't be treated as adults and-and do our own work. R-Rob in Said-Said that Phantom was-ss lucky, cause he didn't have a mentor and took-took care of his territory on his own without help. Said-Said it couldn't be that hard since Phantom did it.
Adult Heros -Batman: *winces*
Superman: No wonder Phantom was so upset.
Green Arrow: Yeah, I'd be pissed too if my years of hard work was chalked up to "not that hard".
Flash: *turns and follows after Phantom*
Batman: Hmn.

Ive made some minor changes to better suit my personal tastes, mainly around the colors/font type of the tags and other such things.

okay. i need people to understand the main issue here. ncuti gatwa is the first (full time) black doctor. his entrance was overshadowed by david tennant. his entire run has been the least watched run, many of you admit you did not watch his era. now, after only 16 episodes and a few specials he has regenerated and all people are talking about is billie piper. do you really not see the issue at all? and don't even get me started on what they did to belinda! i'm so BOGGLED by the amount of disrespect thrown at fifteen. he barely got to BE HIS OWN CHARACTER. we barely know him and he's gone. unreal.
so we had:
an indian woman talking to another indian women about blood purity
the indian rani being a dictator and then getting killed for no reason while the white rani survives
the indian companion being randomly shoved into the role of mother and then getting sidelined in favour of the white companion from the previous series
the black, openly queer doctor regenerating into a white woman from a previous series
russell t davies back to his old tricks i see
This entire era was just rtd doing nostalgia bait for his previous era without actually bothering with a proper plot. Bringing back legacy characters can absolutely be done well and has been in the past, but here is really just felt like it was overshadowing the doctor. And I’m sure 15 will get overshadowed by a lot of fans because rtd had tennant before him and Billie piper after him. Both are good actors who played well liked characters, but they aren’t the entire show, they are not more important to doctor who canon than everyone else. Can’t we just take the time to appreciate a new actor who was delightful in the role of the doctor
Not to mention the racism of it all, rtd has a track record of sidelining his characters of color, and unsurprisingly he did it this time too. Ncuti was the first black doctor and him and Belinda were the first fully nonwhite tardis team, and yet we had so many doctor lite stories and Belinda’s characterization was basically forgotten in favor of focusing on the white companion from last season
poor rogue saved the world from compulsory heterosexuality and is still chilling in gay super hell (only other occupent: castiell)

they really cast such an amazing actress for the rani and then just killed her off like that? don't get me wrong, i like mrs flood, but archie panjabi was so perfect and she got 2 episodes. not even that. it's so disappointing

Fuckin insane (derogatory) move to pull with Belinda. Rewrite time so she has a child and sideline her by quite literally putting her in a box much of the episode, then have that child Vanish and her forget it, then give her the child back by changing reality AGAIN so that she's always had said child and act like this is a win?
