The best meals are unplanned. Got a surprise at work when I received a bag full of okra/ ladiesfinger from a colleague. Farm fresh and organically grown. Tofu and okra. The okra is just about cooked so still crunchy with the flavour. I like my meals simple, quick and healthy. I like to cook sometimes but honestly not a big one for cooking. When people make Yoga a business, the spirit of it is lost. I have experienced this as a teacher and another example which is playing out on social media is of a big international yoga business suing a Yoga teacher for completely the wrong reasons. ESP when the big business promotes a body type that is not inclusive. Yoga does not promote a body type. And in fact the beauty of the practice is that it is for everyone. A frequent visitor to the city of djinns, I never knew that delhi would even come close to being home. For now a temporary home. One of my fav parts of this city is lodhi garden and as I took long walks, I always thought it would be such a wonderful place to practice and teach yoga.
