Hello everyone! I hope you are fine. I bring you news that is already on the way...... Yes, I'm already aware that most of my followers know about this, but why not start promoting it already?
Many know that (literally) I am Rita's only fan, so since she appeared in Dangerous Secrets I have had an obsession with that character and that the friends who have been accompanying me have had to put up with all that. "Sorry, but not sorry".
So I want this account to be a promotion for the new book that I am already working on and that I am putting a lot of effort into it so that it is a very good narrative to enjoy, cry, get angry, be happy, and most of all: appreciate the characters secondary characters that almost don't appear but have an important role in the history of the Frozen universe.
I want to clarify that NOTHING done here will be a spoiler for the book, I will only be guided by what Disney has already given us, which is Dangerous Secrets and Polar Nights.
For more information about the book, stay tuned to my other social networks, where you can be more aware or contact me privately.

Anna and Kristoff's Wedding seemingly confirmed | News | Latest Updates
Yesterday we had the much anticipated grand opening of the World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris!! It's the closest Disneyland to me from the UK, so I can't wait for the opportunity to go! On the day, a Disney + released a Documentary called 'Disney + Insider: World of Frozen', featuring Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy, the directors of Frozen 3 and 4, giving a look inside Disneyland Paris' new World of Frozen.
According to articles, and some viewers, Jennifer Lee has indirectly confirmed that Kristoff and Anna's wedding will be happeningg! I haven't had time to watch myself yet so I'm going base off of Screenrant's article. In the documentary, Jennifer Lee says to the actress dressed as Anna, "We hear there are big wedding plans happening" and 'Anna' replies, "Oh, yes! I'm so excited." Trent Correy then asks 'Anna' if she's doing most of the planning, and she responds that "Olaf said he likes to be in charge of all the party planning in Arendelle, and he told us that him and Kristoff had been planning a really big surprise for the Snowflower Festival".
So with these exchanges, we now know for certain that the wedding will happen. Although, it's not confirmed if it'll be part of the Short in October (if 3d animated) or be part of the plot for Frozen 3, it's most likely saved for Frozen 3 since we had leaked plot points revealed a while ago and since Tangled Ever After had Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding as a short, I don't think Frozen would want to have their own short that would be compared to that, and would want do something different anyways.
Then Anna also mentions the Sunflower Festival which Kristoff and Olaf plan a big surprise for. In Tokyo's World of Frozen, they have a storyline they followed which featured Elsa and Anna celebrating the day Anna saved Elsa and Arendelle from Hans and Elsa's eternal winter with her true love. The day was celebrated as a festival called 'Summer Snow Day'. I have a whole breakdown of the opening of World of Frozen in Tokyo in this linked post. However, in Paris' World of Frozen, the festival is renamed to the Sunflower Festival according to promotional videos on social media and merch.

So it's not another festival celebrated in the movie. An event usually kicks off the story for the Frozen movies (and shorts) (Elsa's coronation, Anna's Birthday, the Holidays, the Harvest Festival), so most likely the event will be Anna and Kristoff's Wedding. And if the short this October is 3d animated like previous shorts Frozen Fever, and Olaf's Frozen Adventure, then perhaps the story could focus on the planning of the royal wedding, making more sense as to why the short kicks of the marketing era for Frozen 3.
Any more updates, I'll be sure to let you know! ❄️
Does anyone know if it's true that Rapunzel is mentioned or referenced in the Frozen novels? Does anyone know exactly what it says?
Rapunzel herself is never mentioned in the novels but Forest of shadows (2019) does make three references to the kingdom of Corona: in chapter 1 where it's listed as one of Arendelle's neighbouring kingdoms, in chapter 25 where some silk scarves are said to be "gifts to the court of Corona", and in chapter 26 where Anna recognises the flag of Corona on a ship.
Another implied reference appears in Dangerous secrets (2020) where Agnarr and Iduna present a cover story about attending "the wedding of a faraway princess by route of the Southern Sea" which undoubtedly was added by author Mari Mancusi as a reference to the popular fan-theory that Agnarr and Iduna were travelling to the wedding of Rapunzel and Eugene in Frozen (also hinted at by director Jennifer Lee).
The story of Tangled is retold by Olaf in the shorts-series Olaf presents (2021) where Olaf (presumably) refers to Rapunzel as "a close personal friend of mine."
A lot of people have been sending asks about the size of Arendelle. Thank you to everyone who is curious about the geography of Frozen. So are we! One of our very first projects was @virtual-winter's analysis of the inspiration for and location of Arendelle and other places in the Frozenverse. Early this year, as per request from Archives-members Lilyviolin and Luna, we put together a simple guide to the Frozen movie-kingdoms that goes over some basic facts like what inspired them, notable residents, climate, places of interest and estimated size compared to Norway.

Mapped out location of The Garden made by me used in my final part of the room location breakdowns
Just wanted to update you that I have now updated two of my room breakdown posts, part 4 and part 9/ the final part.
With reblogs me, @lovewillthaw-j and @virtual-winter were discussing the Royal/ Secret Garden location. When @virtual-winter hopped on to our discussion, he helped me realise that the Garden is not in the top right corner (from the front view of the castle) but rather the left/ west side of the castle. Frozen 1 doesn't show the garden well from afar. There's a specific Willow tree in the garden but also at the front. The front however has no entrance to the garden. No door that can be seen and doesn't even have the slanted roofs. But in Frozen 2, we can see the garden from afar and this time in bright autumn colours. So I made the conclusion that it's actually in the west/ left side of that castle. That area does also have the slanted roofs that can be seen in the Fro the First Time In Forever scene.
This may seem confusing but it all fits together in the post linked as Part 4 and 9, with each room annotated to their part in the exterior of the castle.
It's just such a pain when you find out that you've got it all wrong again 😭. The continuity errors are no help. But thankfully it didn't take me too long to update it. So now I hope all my close-to-accurate guesses on these locations are right. And I'm super excited to continue this series of Arendelle Castle Rooms when Frozen 3 and 4 come out (if we see new rooms that is)! ❄️
Interesting discussion, let me weigh in on the position of the Royal/Castle gardens. BTW @virtual-winter I'm still very much into castle locations even though it's 2025! (as you can tell from the length of this post you're about to read) ask me anything!
@virtual-winter I agree with you that if we accept that there is a willow tree (that animators forgot to animate) on the South (BTW @frozen-snowflakesandsunflowers it's the south not the west side, the "front" of the castle is East so to the immediate "left" would be the south) ie the garden is on the South side, this would be consistent with many things. Like you said, in zoomed out shots of the South castle, we can see the door to the garden, we can see the slanted roofs and the round pillar as seen in the close up shot from FTFTIF. For the zoomed out shot of the East side of the castle, we cannot see the door, we do not see the slanted roofs and we do not see the round pillar.
To add on, in Dangerous secrets, Agnarr and Iduna kissed and made out (hidden) in a tree. in my previous analysis below, I tried to figure out the tree's location.
So where IS this tree in the castle?
The book tells us that it is in the castle courtyard, with a little bench underneath it where 14 year
I could not come to a conclusion because of lack of specific info in the book. Top 2 contenders were a) the willow tree on the East castle. But it was problematic because it was too exposed - difficult for agnarr to walk through the whole courtyard to get to that tree without being seen + the young king could have been easily seen from the bridge or even assassinated 😱 b) a tree at the South side. In my analysis, this garden was more secluded and closer to the castle, making it easier for the young king to slip out and smooch. Also, if we think that this tree shown in Ahtohallan is the kissing tree:
...it is not a willow. So far so good, we have a lot of evidence to say that the castle garden is on the South side, if we just accept that the animators and set designers forgot to put in a willow tree in the zoomed out shots of the South castle.
The problem I have with this line of argument is, there are an overwhelming number of movie shots and production design pictures (eg: the art of Frozen, individual artists' blogs/insta) which consistently and repeatedly depict a willow tree on the East side of the garden, and simultaneously do NOT ever show a willow tree on the South side. The willow seems to be very special, there is only one of it and it is beautifully decorated and lit in Some Things Never Change in the background as Elsa and Anna walk across the bridge into the castle.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no picture/scene that ever shows the east side without a willow, nor is there ever a picture/scene that shows a willow in the south. Just to add, this is a picture of the South from The Official Movie Special book (originally posted by @bigfrozenfan), showing no willow.
Also to add from the book All Around Arendelle, just to drive home the point that there is a willow in the royal gardens (posted by someone who has left Tumblr)
So, in conclusion, I personally cannot 100% agree that the royal garden is in the south. But I definitely take your point about the door, the slanted roof and the round pillar! It's nice to hear fresh perspectives after so many years! I guess it all boils down to which continuity error we are willing to accept - the lack of a willow in the south, or, the lack of a door, slanted roof and round pillar in the east. I personally cannot accept that there's supposed to be a willow in the south but everyone forgot to draw it or animate it, also because the willow is consistently present in the east. Agree to disagree ❤️ to me the royal garden has to be in the east, but it has its own set of problems being there!
Thanks @frozen-snowflakesandsunflowers for tagging me in the discussion!
I want to ask you a question: what made you become a fan of Rita, Elsa and Anna's paternal grandmother? And what do you find most appealing about her personality? 😄
||Outside RP||
Hello! Thank you so much for asking this, I think they're important questions to answer.
ೃ⁀➷What made you become a fan of Rita, Elsa and Anna's paternal grandmother?
I don't really remember well, but I'll try to remember.
It all started when I read Rita's part in the book "Dangerous Secrets", where at first it didn't seem that important, because as human beings, we usually always focus on the main characters and we always end up forgetting about the characters that almost never appear, but that played an extremely important role in the development of the story.
After having analyzed the book in depth, I realized that all the characters that we already know on screen (the characters that everyone knows) in contrast to what Rita suffered, it was practically nothing. Analyzing psychologically the history of Arendelle and having seen everything that happens in that kingdom, makes you conclude that the culprit of everything was Runeard, no one else. So imagine living almost your entire life with a demon.
I became a fan because I wanted people to recognize how strong Rita was for a long time, even though her end is still unknown. I feel that those people who endure all that deserve heaven and much more.
ೃ⁀➷ What do you find most appealing about her personality?
I think many people have already noticed this, I mean, I have talked to friends and also posted on this social network about Rita's appearance.
After reading "Polar Nights" and having the opportunity to open my space of knowledge towards Rita (and other new characters), it showed me how good, how fair and how brave Rita was despite her husband ordering her to remain silent. Imagine being in support of the truth along with two other girls and your husband doing whatever it takes to get rid of you three, but when he does it, he doesn't realize that you were the one who saved the life of an innocent person who only cared about the good of the ecosystem and also of her people.
Another thing that I have done, which can be proven, is to say that Rita is based on the personality of Lady Di (RIP), both always had a noble heart, they did not care about the differences and they always took care of their children, despite the fact that both had terrible husbands and that they made them end their lives (yes, I believe in the theory that King Charles was the one who killed Lady Di, and also that Runeard psychologically killed Rita, well that is not a theory).
I appreciate and admire both women for their character, for the fact that despite everything bad, they continued to be good to everyone else (note: I am not saying that I am going to base my book on Lady Di's life, only on her personality).

I hope I have answered your questions regarding your expectations, if you want to ask me more questions I will be open.

(fanart of Queen Rita by my friend @queenritaofarendelle)
Hello all!
My friend is writing a fanfic and she is looking for information about Anna and Elsa's grandmother Rita.
Even though Rita's name first appears in 2019 (and my friend already knows everything there is to know about her from the novels Dangerous Secrets and Polar Nights), there could be previous mentions of their grandmother in older books.
So please, if you happen to know ANYTHING else, let me or @queenritaofarendelle know so she can finish her book!
