some of my most asked questions
why do i wear diapers? how long have i worn?
i'm a lifelong dl but also have bowel issues from food allergies and just in general a bit of a tempermental tum, so i started secretly using diapers young for peace of mind/need when out for long periods. basically if i have two of the most common food ingredients in the country my digestive system gets destroyed.
also i've always been bathroom shy and that would lead to accidents/discomfort when i was younger. tho that was less of a problem than the food stuff.
what is my diet?
a lot of people ask about my diet cause well uhh, i make really big messies and some of yall wanna know how to get my results no doubt :)
it's 95% plant based with fish, eggs and non cow dairy in there. i make sure to eat grains like oats, quinoa and brown rice at least twice a day.
veggies like broccoli, or bell pepper/spinach if you're low FODMAP. basically any and all veggies or fruits haha.
lentils, chickpeas and any beans/legumes are insanely overpowered for your bm game.
chia and flax are really good additives too.
gluten free pastas and baked goods often have more fiber than their wheat analog as well.
basically any whole plant/fruit + minimally processed grain + clean protein + adequate water = healthier, less toxic/acidic π©
edit nov 11 2025:
olipop is a huge help for adding 32% of your dv of fiber.
dates are an easy add, as well as pistachios, those combined have given me some crazy gnarly messes the next morning.
whole foods and similar grocers have really good options for high fiber snacks, i've been eating these hippeas chickpea nacho chips and it's actually insane how much they taste like cheetos/nacho doritos while packing in a lot of fiber!! i can eat the whole bag and in no way feel heavy, sickly or damage my health!
overall eating plant based/fiber rich while getting your clean protein in is kind of a massive secret to health in general :)
