Commissions Info

Hello, friends! I’ve decided to open commissions for the rest of summer (until about September 20th, 2026) to try and get some freelance experience for my resume before the next academic year. This carrd has all of my information, including my prices, TOS, and examples of my writings. I’m happy to write your yumes and selfships, fanfiction, or to edit your work.

I’m also offering what I call “currency equivalency rates” since the economy’s in such poor shape. What that means is that I am calculating the weight of your currency in your daily life over the traditional currency conversion to USD. 35 USD is about a dinner out for just myself where I live, and 30k ARG pesos is about the same for my friend in Argentina. Instead of the typical conversion rate, which would be 51k ARG pesos, I would only ask for 30k for my equivalency rate.

The best way to write Midoriya Izuku is with agency.

Idk how to really explain this but i feel like a lot of people view Midoriya as a victim of his own kindness. But he chooses kindness purposefully, he chooses to believe in the inherent humanity within people and that everyone is deserving of being saved and of kindness. And that is something he purposefully strives for. He is not just a smoll precious cinnamon roll too pure for this world etc. He is not a perfect human being. Just one that choose kindness, again and again.

#people sometimes forget that midoriya is a character who did not gaf about bakugou's bullying #and was worried about bakugou and his reputation if he had actually khs in middle school #Midoriya is DEFINED by his agency. and the perceptions OF him are defined by how others view his reaction to that agency #it's best explained again with bakugou #when he sees midoriya in ua - he is immediately filled with nausea-inducing anger. and why?#it's not like midoriya didn't work hard enough to get good enough test scores #(we know now that bakugou was terrified of midoriya's potential - that him 'catching up' when bakugou already felt he was behind was +#horrifying to him)#but his agency was a personal slight to bakugou - do you see? his agency changes based on the eye of the beholder #so instead of merely seeming Good at School and brave - he was vindictive. and so much of midoriya's kind actions are seen as him being tha #kind #with no true acknowledgement of how much WORK it takes to be that kind willingly and directly - choosing to be GOOD and RIGHT and KIND #and not just... one of the three. being all three is something most people don't consider as necessary. but not to midoriya.#it is easy to fall in the trap that someone is just their actions - or how you perceive them is all they are #but midoriya is more than that. he is everything that allows him to be kind and all of the parts you don't see are just as essential #I love midoriya so much. he is such a special character
