I can relate. I came from a dark place but I’ve been viewed as too loving and caring and too much for some. I remember there being times where what I was going through felt too heavy and I wanted to tell or talk about it and I said if anyone asks me if I’m ok I would be honest and say no and open up and talk. But nobody ever asked me. Nobody ever saw the pain in my eyes or the pain I was going through. Not even my parents. And I don’t blame them. They were busy working, raising us, and probably just never expected that such a thing was happening. But I remember saying that I would make sure I ask ppl if they are ok whether it be Just because, or if the energy felt off with them, or if they just didn’t look or seem like themselves because maybe like me, they are just waiting for someone to ask them if they’re ok so they can just let it out and tell.

you really have to take nothing personal because mfs be projecting. it has nothing to do with you. show grace & pray for them. they need it.
