Perception is powerful. - Trying to be mindful of the thoughts I project on to reality. - Often times, I can get upset about things without truly thinking them through and realizing the fact that it's not even so bad in reality, it's just what I'm projecting that's making me upset. - I made up so much stuff in my head.
