Write down exactly who she is in specific measurable terms.

Set a deadline.

Break it into monthly goals.

Break those into weekly tasks.

Break those into daily non negotiables.

Execute without waiting to feel ready.

Track everything.

Audit. What worked, what didn't, why, what changes.

Eliminate what is not producing results immediately and without sentiment.

Build systems not motivation because motivation is unreliable and systems are not.

Identify the three highest leverage actions and do those first every single day.

Remove every habit, person, and environment that is incongruent with where you are going.

Replace them deliberately and specifically with ones that are.

Do the hardest thing on your list first before your brain has had time to negotiate.

Stop consuming content about doing the thing and go do the thing.

Create accountability that has real consequences attached to it.

Give yourself a non negotiable timeline and treat it like an external deadline.

Review your written vision every single morning before the day gets access to you.

Raise your standards and then raise them again.

I know that I am not meant to live a life of mediocrity, and I will be so educated that I will belong to high society, rightfully so. Call me arrogant all you want, I don't care, I will do whatever it takes to make me reach that goal.

What I find so funny is how whenever a woman utters that she has the same ambitious goals as me, she is met with miserable spiteful people starting their indoctrination that she should "stop being delusional and start being realistic".

Realistic? It is realistic. If other people can do it, why can't she? Is it wrong that a woman wants a relaxed life with no financial burdens? No worries whether she has enough to pay bills and other living costs? Is it so wrong that a woman wants to have enough money to afford luxury for herself and invest in her future? Or do you believe that women = struggle through life.

I am sick and tired of living a life of worries, and many other woman do too. I may be young, but I have lived in a immigrant household and saw how my parents had to scrape through life. I don't want to live like that. I am ambitious, and I do have the courage to be "delusional" enough to make it. If other people with the same, and even worse background as me could do it, so can I.

No actually. My dream is to be a socialite and climb the ranks as well for the sake of my self esteem and being able to access better quality men who I can marry, care for me and our children and who I can feel proud of.

Am i happy with where I am? No. When I tell people anything along the lines of "No. I don't want to work 40 hours a week nor give my life and mental health to a job", they would say I am selfish or unrealistic.

I'm at the point where I take "your being selfish" as a complement.

My dream for the longest time is to be an amazing mother and wife. This is not saying that I don't want to work - I like my current job - I just fully believe that you shouldn't have to give your life to it.

My inspiration - My mom was a workaholic and her job is what she constantly worry about to the point of neglecting me and my brother. I don't want that.
