Hi dolls 🫧💋,
Today I've been thinking about people who get shamed because they don't want kids.
Childfree people shouldn't be shamed because they don't want to have kids. The people who shame them are usually the ones who have kids and secretly envy them. There are whole Reddit threads of parents who regret having kids. Do you know how horrible that is?
People like cousins, parents, and friends peer-pressure others into having kids even when they have expressed that they aren't ready.
Then some people end up having children because of that pressure and end up hating being parents because they never truly wanted kids in the first place.
People need to stop popping out kids, especially if they aren't financially ready to have them.
As for single mothers, I'm not talking about the women who got left by a bum. I'm talking about the women who think bringing a into this world to make a man stay is a idea. That is one of the dumbest things a a woman can do.
Men don't think the same way we do. Do you really think making him a dad when he didn't ask for it is magically going to change his mind? No. You just made him resent you and the child.
As for me, I do want to have kids one day, but not until I know I can be the best version of myself and live my life first. I want to experience life, reach my goals, and become the woman I want to be before bringing another human into this world.
At the end of the day, whether someone wants kids or not is their choice, and nobody should be shamed for it
