The fact that Microsoft Outlook and Teams both have calendars that ostensibly are supposed to communicate and be interchangeable with one another, but that you can't attach a document to a meeting in Teams, and you have to attach it in Outlook for it to appear in a Teams meeting, is a ridiculously stupid flaw and I think someine at Microsoft should be in jail over this
