you know i think i just realized why claire and ada weren’t in re9. capcom don’t want to have their sexy female characters be depicted as older women with wrinkles and gray hairs. the only female character from leon’s story that returns is sherry because she’s not too old or young to be sexy now. they cant profit off of their female characters if theyre old because then their male gooner creep part of their fanbase wont like it.

not to mention that their arcs and stories are completely abandoned in 9, like seriously, not even a mention of either of them? its like they’ve been scrubbed from leon and sherry’s story which is completely unacceptable given what a crucial hand both of them provided in helping out. capcom is giving leon all of the credit for the events of 2 when CLAIRE was the one who saved sherry, not him!
