Surround yourself with supportive and encouraging individuals, they are the ones that will uplift you.

Have set boundaries, values and beliefs and stand by them no matter what.

Self awareness is an art.

Find someone who loves you for the real you and not the person you pretend to be.

Teach yourself or learn something new everyday.

One topic I am growing increasingly interested in is Feminism.

Use your resources by creating opportunities for yourself.

Start having conversations with yourself. You will learn a lot more about yourself as an individual than you would imagine.

One wish I have is that we could all be more accepting of one another.
