every single main character in the raven cycle is super careful with adam physically and refuse to do anything to hurt him and i find that very sweet and cute but it just becomes funny when there are at least 2 scenes where adam is being controlled by something that wants to kill them all and scratch their eyes out or something. a scene which in most media means one of them is forced to knock him out with a punch or something equivalent. but in the raven cycle everyone present is like. but we cant hurt our lil guy adam 🥺 #ouradam . and reading it im just like.
