Who owns this blog?
[PT: Who owns this blog?]
Hello! I am Kris, the owner of this blog. I am intersex transmasc non-binary and use they/them pronouns. I am part of @dhddmods system, though I tend to function on my own.
I run five other blogs, known as @androqueer-struggles (focused on the struggles and/or oppression of intersex mascs, peritrans mascs, butches, etc), @this-is-varsexism-transphobia (focused on oppression towards genderqueer and sexqueer people), @this-is-amato-heteronormativity (focused on amatonormativity and heteronormativity), @this-is-deformimisia (focused on the oppression of people with physical deformities & disfigurements), and @thisisparamisia (focused on the oppression of people with paraphilias, especially paraphilic disorders.)
What is this blog? What is the tagging system?
[PT: What is this blog? What is the tagging system?]
This blog is centered around anti-masculinity, as well as toxic masculinity (from a "this is how toxic masculinity affects other masc people" perspective.)
Anti-masculinity is the fear-mongering or hatred of masculinity. Some examples of anti-masculinity include the following:
-The demonization of BIPOC masculinity, disabled masculinity, fat masculinity, and queer masculinity.
-Treating androgenized characteristics (beards/hairiness, penises, deep voices, etc) as scary, ugly, or undesirable due to being "masculine."
-Assuming that masculine individuals are dangerous, predatory, or abusive by default (ie; viewing a father on a playground with their kid as inherently suspicious, viewing a butch lesbian as unsafe to be around women, etc.)
-Assuming that because masculinity is so "undesirable" and "scary", masculine people can never be victims of abuse.
Toxic masculinity is the pressure to conform with a specific form of masculinity. Some examples of toxic masculinity include the following:
-Telling mascs that they should be "protectors" and enforcing an idea of physical strength (possibly even violence/aggression) on them, and degrading their masculinity if they don't fit this archetype.
-Telling mascs that they should be hypersexual and degrading their masculinity if they don't fit this archetype.
-Telling mascs that they should suppress all emotions except for anger.
-Telling mascs that they should not seek help for anything and should "tough it out" or "learn how to deal with it", and should be hyper-independent.
The tagging system will go as follows:
-Anti-Masculinity: General anti-masculine sentiments.
- Toxic Masculinity: General toxic masculinity.
- Homoandrophobia/Gayphobia: Oppression towards achillean mascs.
- Andro-Monosexism: Oppression towards m-spec mascs.
- Andro-Amatonormativity: Oppression towards a-spec, non-partnering, or non-monogamous mascs.
- Transandrophobia: Oppression towards transmascs or people perceived as transmasc.
- Androqueerphobia: Oppression towards queer masculinity/masculine-perceived queers; intersex mascs, transmascs, butches, etc. Aka, oppression of genderqueer or sexqueer mascs.
- Androracism: Oppression towards BIPOC mascs. Andronoirism is a subset of this directed towards black or brown mascs.
- Androableism: Oppression towards disabled mascs.
- Androsizeism: Oppression towards mascs of specific body types (typically mascs who are fat, but could apply to skinniness or height.)
- Androclassism: Oppression towards mascs who are not economically privileged.
Isn't "misandry" anti-feminist?
[PT: Isn't misandry anti-feminist?]
Yes, the term "misandry" was twisted to be anti-feminist, because it was bastardized by incels and anti-feminists to imply that the patriarchy doesn't exist.
However, anti-masculinity (and toxic masculinity) does exist. BIPOC mascs, disabled mascs, fat mascs, queer mascs, and economically vulnerable mascs face this.
Some people still use the term "misandry" when describing anti-masculinity, but I personally think this muddies the water of what is and isn't true anti-masculinity.
"Aren't BIPOC mascs just oppressed for their race?"
"Aren't disabled mascs just oppressed for their disability?"
"Aren't fat mascs just oppressed for their weight?"
"Aren't queer mascs just oppressed for their queerness?"
"Aren't poor mascs just oppressed for their status?"
No. Their oppression directly intersects with the demonization and/or strict ideals of masculinity.
For example, black men are treated as aggressively masculine criminals who cannot be trusted, and will use their MASCULINE aggression to harm white people.
Another example would be masculine disabled people who have "scary" disabilities - masculinity causes them to be treated as far more dangerous than their non-masculine counterparts.
And for disabled men with high support needs, they are treated as "failures of men" or told they are "weaponizing their incompetence" or are otherwise misogynistic.
Fat and poor men are also often treated as dangerous, disgusting predators due to their fatness + masculinity or poorness + masculinity.
As for queer masculinity, I am just going to redirect you to this post [link] I made about transmascs.
Also, anti-masculinity impacts women too! Butch women, androgenized trans women, androgenized intersex women, etc. If a woman is perceived as "masculine", they are treated as dangerous rapists.
This also intersects with racism. Black and brown women (even pericis ones) are stereotyped to be "less feminine" (and thus "more aggressive") than white women.
"But you acknowledged toxic masculinity exists."
Yes, it does, and toxic masculinity harms mascs just as much as it harms non-mascs. How many young boys are told to emotionally suppress themselves because "boys don't cry?"
That doesn't mean ALL masculinity is toxic. Not to mention, toxic femininity exists as well - that doesn't mean misogyny isn't real.
"Systemic oppression for masculinity isn't real. Thats basic feminism."
1- Yes, it is true that systemic oppression against femininity is more generalized against ALL forms of femininity, which isn't the case for masculinity. But systemic oppression does exist for masculinity that is not considered "typical/conventional" or eurocentric; just not for generalized masculinity.
2- Basic feminism wasn't written with every marginalized group in mind, and thus, has shortcomings. It's not a bad thing to broaden your definition of feminism. Feminism =/= being feminine-centric; feminism is meant to be gender equality, and that includes equality for oppressed mascs.
Am I safe here?
[PT: Am I safe here?]
This blog is safe for people of any weight or body type, and does not tolerate body shaming.
This blog is safe for people with physical/sensory disabilities and neurodivergence of any kind (including cluster b personality disorders, behavioral disorders, paraphilic disorders, addictive/dependent disorders, etc.)
This blog is safe for non-disordered systems/plurals, non-dissociative systems/plurals, and endogenic systems/plurals.
This blog is safe for alterhumans.
This blog is safe for "contradictory" labels (ie; transfems AFAB, transmascs AMAB, lesboys, turigirls, etc.) Being against these identities is deeply exorsexist, intersexist, and pluralphobic at its core.

really only sending this here to vent, but some kids at school *cannot keep thier damn hands to themselves* and being told to "suck it up" or "its just a joke" after someone slaps your ass is a bit fuckin tone deaf in my opinion. if it happens to a girl and she gets angry its justified, but when it happens to me its "funny" that I get harassed and then get pissed about it
This is toxic masculinity and sexual harassment. Genuinely horrific of people to be undermining the violation you are experiencing.
I hate that people can't separate feelings/thoughts from actions, particularly when it comes to sexuality, especially male sexuality. It does happen to women too, but far less often and it's usually more because of lesbophobia or biphobia (e.g more rooted in the whole "perverted gays" thing)
It's wrong for a man (or ANYONE) to catcall, inappropriately touch, or sexually assault someone. Rape is disgusting and evil.
It's not wrong for a man to just have sexual attraction towards someone. It's not wrong for a man to have sex fantasies. It's not wrong for people who can get erections to... get erections, which is an involuntary reaction they can't control.
I see this sentiment so often, though. That "women don't think of men like that, we just want a guy to be nice to us and take us out."
My view on it is... just don't sexualise real people unless they're explicitly okay with it. Fictional characters are a different situation; they're not real and won't be harmed by someone thinking they're hot.
Honestly with fictional characters people get even more defensive. They say shit like "oh well it's we find them hot because of their personality, men just see boobs and think it's hot." And then they'll talk about certain characters in the EXACT same way as the people they get mad at for sexualising the character, and say stuff like "I hate it when they sexualise the women but love it when they sexualise the men."
The double standards are horrible. And also very reminiscent of times when people thought women were innocent and pure beings who didn't have sexual thoughts, and men just couldn't control themselves. It's the same idea, just repackaged as feminism.
Sorry for the long ask. This just really pisses me off
This is gender essentialism and purity culture. The idea that men are dirty perverted predators and women are innocent nonsexual (or only "appropriately sexual") prey is so overdone by now. Can we move on with applying characteristics to genders please. It's so old.
I will note that you're not exactly correct with the "it happens far less often to women thing", because thats only true for women who don't fall into specific demographics. Many women of color, trans & gender diverse women, intersex women, disabled women, etc are also treated as innately perverted and predatory.
Over 100 million children are homeless and/or on the streets.
[PT: Over 100 million children are homeless and/or on the streets /End PT]
That's the numbers estimated back in 2015, and regardless of whether they've grown or shrunk since then, the issue still remains that there are MILLIONS of minors on the streets.
Homelessness and street survival is an intersecting issue for people of all marginalized groups, and that includes the youth.
Homeless youth are very likely to be sex trafficked and targeted by dangerous people to be groomed into criminal activities or otherwise unsafe practices.
Many homeless youth are runaways, usually trying to escape abusive households.
Note for clarity: "Children" and "kids" throughout this post will be referring to teenagers as well, since minors of all ages are grouped together in these statistics.
---
What is homelessness and street children?
[PT: What is homelessness and street children? /end PT]
Homelessness is defined by a lack of stable housing. This includes living without shelter, in a tent, in a car, in a homeless shelter, couch surfing, or using public locations/transport for shelter.
"Street children" are children who spend a majority of their time on the street due to housing complications. Some of them are not considered "truly homeless", because they technically have a house, but this house is usually inaccessible or unsafe for them, and thus they do not reside in it much, if at all. Usually, they only spend the night there, but the rest of their time is spent outdoors.
When discussing the statistics of both these concepts, I cannot neatly discern between them, because so many of the studies use the statistics interchangeably. Street children have very few distinctions anyways, and thus trying to separate the two is usually not beneficial anyways.
---
What are the statistics of homeless youth and street children around the globe?
[PT: What are the statistics of homeless youth and street children around the globe? /end PT]
Around 30 million children in Africa are homeless/on the street.
There is no overall consensus on how many children in Asia (including The Middle East) as an entirety are homeless/on the street, however it is estimated to be quite high, with individual locations being given statistics (Bangledash having 445,000 homeless/street children, India having 11 million, Pakistan having 1.5 million, Indonesia having over 170,000, Iran having anywhere between 60,000-200,000, the Phillipines having 1.5 million, Turkey having 88,000, etc.)
There is also no overall consensus on how many children in the Oceania are homeless/on the street, however Australia estimates around 76,000, and New Zealand estimates around 33,000.
Around 400,000 children in the EU (European Union) are homeless/on the street. There is no overall consensus on how many children in Europe as a whole (not just the EU) are homeless/on the street, however individual countries also have statistics.
Over 1.2 million children in the USA are homeless/on the street. Over 40,000 children in Canada are homeless/on the street.
Around 40 million children in Latin America are homeless/on the street.
---
What ways do homeless youth and street children suffer?
[PT: What ways do homeless youth suffer? /end PT]
A higher risk of sex trafficking, rape, assault, and kidnapping.
A higher risk of child labor/slavery.
A higher risk of being poisoned or suffering from oral, throat, or gastrointestinal system damage (as malicious people often put poison, razors/glass/sharp objects, and other dangerous things into the food provided to the homeless.)
A higher risk of sexual, reproductive, urogenital, and gastrointestinal disorders/infections.
A higher risk of respiratory disorders.
A higher risk of nutritional disorders, growth disorders, and starvation.
Higher rates of substance use and addictive disorders.
A higher risk of mental health disorders.
Low or no accessibility to hygiene products or showers/bathing (which significantly increases risks of infections and diseases.)
And, of course, a higher likelihood of death and grave injury, due to weather conditions, untreated disease/injuries, hate crimes, overdose, and/or suicide.

What about intersectionality? How does that affect homelessness and street survival?
[PT: What about intersectionality? How does that affect homelessness?. /End PT]
Note: Whenever the discussion of employment comes up, we think it is important to remember that:
1- Unemployed adults can have children, and thus, the children in the equation will be effected.
2- Teenagers can also get employed in a majority of locations, and in many countries even minors younger than that, meaning their incomes could be contributing to housing as well.
The most obvious - being low income often risks loss of housing. Hell, being "average income" doesn't even afford housing anymore for most people, in the current financial crisis. Classism and homelessness go hand in hand, and the refusal to provide for the lower class their basic needs is the direct cause of homelessness.
Being a foster kid. Discussion:
Being a foster kid greatly increases the likelihood of homelessness, due to the foster system being notoriously abusive, and not providing minors with the proper funds, stability, and education necessary to survive in life. In the USA alone, 23,000 people age out of foster care a year. 25%-50% of those who age out end up homeless. Now imagine the statistics of that worldwide, of how many people are ending up homeless the moment they turn 18 (or younger, in countries where legal adulthood begins sooner)?
Additionally, minors will often run away from foster homes, because it is unsafe for them there. They wish to escape the abuse. A depressing fact is that a majority of sex trafficked youth are from foster care, usually runaways who were living on the street to avoid abuse.
(You can read our post about the statistics of foster kids here [link.])
Being disabled. (Note: Some of these statistics leave out emotional, behavioral, personality, or other mental disabilities, and also often leave out "small" physical disabilities, so the statistics may actually be higher if all disabilities were included.) Discussion:
We could not find any overall statistics on the intersection of homelessness and disability in Africa and Asia, unfortunately.
However, disabled people in Africa often suffer forced evictions and are more likely to be impoverished, and we did find statistics on specific locations of Asia (ie; 42% of homeless people [including adults] in Nagoya Japan are neuropsychologically disabled, 15% of homeless people [including adults] in Hong Kong are physically disabled, in South Asia 85% of disabled people [including adults] are unemployed which greatly risks homelessness, etc.)
We could not find any overall statistics on the intersection of homelessness and disability in the Oceania as a whole, however we did find statistics in Hawai'i, Australia, and New Zealand. in Hawai'i an estimated 62% of homeless people [including adults] are disabled. In Australia, an estimated 9.5% homeless people [including adults] are disabled, and 8.9% have an unknown disability status. In New Zealand, 4.1% of homeless people (including adults) are disabled.
We could not find any overall statistics on the intersection of homelessness and disability in overall Europe, however in the UK alone, 35-39% of homeless people [including adults] are disabled (and for comparison, only 20-22% of the overall UK population are disabled.)
In Canada, there is no minor-specific statistics for disability, however 50-60% of the overall homeless population (including adults) are disabled.
In the USA, 19% of homeless K-12 [pre-college] students are disabled (and for comparison, only 14% of the overall USA student population is disabled.)
We could not find any overall statistics on the intersection of homelessness and disability in South America as a whole, however in Latin America, disabled kids are 15% more likely to not attend school (and those who do attend are more likely to drop out), which inherently leads to employment issues down the line (and thus, housing issues) Additionally, 1 of every 5 households in extreme poverty houses a disabled person. And in some locations, people with disabilities are more likely to be unemployed (ie; in Argentina 91% of disabled people are unemployed), earn less money in work (ie; in Mexico and Costa Rica, disabled people earn 20% less than their abled peers), and/or have no insurance (in Ecuador, 84% of disabled people have no insurance), which can cause or exacerbate housing issues.
Being queer. Discussion:
In Africa, we could not find any statistics of the overall intersection of being LGBTQIA+ and homelessness, however homelessness is highly reported by LGBTQIA+ people (especially youth.)
We could not find any statistics of the overall intersection of being LGBTQIA+ and homeless in Asia, however we did find a few for individual Asian locations (ie; in Singapore 20% of LGBTQIA+ people [including adults] experience homelessness, in the Philippines 12% of people who are 15-25 are homeless, In Japan 4 in 10 LGBTQIA+ people struggle with housing, in India there is a hidden housing crisis within LGBTQIA+ people, etc.)
We could not find any statistics of the overall intersection of being LGBTQIA+ and homeless in the Oceania, however we did find some statistics for Australia and New Zealand. In Australia, queer-oriented people [including adults] are twice as likely to be homeless than nonqueer-oriented people, and 1 in 5 trans & gender diverse people aged 18-25 suffered homelessness (unfortunately we cannot find a statistics for people younger.) In New Zealand, 2.6% LGBQTIA+ people who are 15 and above are homeless, and unfortunately there is not a clearcut estimate on minors under the age of 15.
In Europe, 17.39% of LGBTQIA+ people [including adults] have been homeless, with 1/3rd of intersex people and 1/4th of trans people being homeless.
In the USA, LGBTQ+ minors are 120% more likely to end up homeless. They make up roughly 30-40% of homeless youth (and for comparison, only 9.5% of the overall population are LGBTQ+)
LGBTQ+ minors of color have an 83% higher risk of homelessness than their white peers. 44% of Indigenous LGBTQ+ youth, 16% of LGBTQ+ Asian & Pacific Islander youth, 27% of Latinx LGBTQ+ youth, 26% of Black LGBTQ+ youth, and 36% of multiracial LGBTQ+ youth have experienced homelessness.
38% of trans girl youth, 39% of of trans boy youth, and 35% of non-binary youth have experienced homelessness (compared to 23% of non-trans & non-gender diverse homeless queer-oriented youth.)
39% of intersex youth have experienced homelessness.
In Canada, 25% of homeless youth are LGBTQIA2S+ (and for comparison, only 5-10% of the overall Canadian population are LGBTQIA2S+.)
We could not find any statistics on the overarching intersection of LGBTQIA+ and homeless in South America, however we did find a few in specific locations (ie; 30-40% of homeless youth in Brazil, 30-35% of homeless youth in Argentina, 30-35% of homeless youth in Colombia, 25-30% of homeless youth in Mexico, 15-25% of homeless youth in Chile, etc)
Being a person of color. Discussion:
We could not find any statistics on the overarching intersection of race and homelessness in the Oceania, however we did find some individual statistics for Hawai'i, Australia, and New Zealand.
In Hawai'i, 28-50% of homeless people [including adults] are Native Hawaiian.
In Australia, 1 in every 3 Indigenous Australian is homeless.
In New Zealand, 31% of homeless people [including adults] are MΔori, and 6.6% of Pacific Peoples [including adults]Β (and for comparison, 17% of the overall New Zealand population are MΔori, and 8% are Pacific peoples.)
We could not find any statistics of the overall intersection of homelessness and being a BIPOC, however we did find statistics in the England, Ireland, and the EU specifically. In England, Black people [including adults] are 4x more likely to be homeless than white people. In Ireland, 15% of homeless people [including adults] are Romanian, and 6% are Black.
In the USA, Hispanic high schoolers are 2x more likely to experience homelessness than white highschoolers. Black highschoolers are 2.25x more likely to experience homelessness than white highschoolers.
Black and Hispanic people [including adults] make up 64% of the homeless population. Pacific Islanders [including adults] have the highest rate of homelessness in the USA. Native Americans [including adults] have the second highest rate of homelessness in the USA.
In Canada, 10-30% of homeless youth are Indigenous and 15.4% are Black (and for comparison, 5% of the overall Canadian population are Indigenous, and 4.3% are Black.)
We could not find any statistics of the intersection of race and homelessness in Africa or South America, unfortunately.
Other. Discussion:
In the USA, 17% of English learners (which are usually immigrants) in K-12 [pre-college] school are homeless (and for comparison, 10% of the overall student population are English learners.)
Being in areas of the world subject to war, genocide, political violence, and environmental disaster. Discussion:
16% of the population in Sudan had to flee their homes due to conflict.
90% of Gaza [including adults] are homeless right now.
46% of homeless people [including adults] in Ukraine became homeless due to the invasion costing them their homes.
Venezuelan immigration has led to a disproportionate amount of homeless Venezuelans in South America.

I am fucking BEGGING transmascs (and everyone else) to not let the animosity of a VERY SMALL GROUP of very online transfems impact how you interact with transfems or think about transfems.
please, please, please remember that this "hating transmascs" and "kill all TMEs" bullshit is just a few edgy weirdos on the internet who enjoy saying inflammatory things for shock value.
transfems are not your enemy, and YES, you do actually need to unlearn transmisogyny. Not because you're transmasc, but because we live in a transmisogynistic society.
transfems are not a hivemind, there's no broader transfem consensus that transmascs are Evil Privileged Abusers, but the small group of people who think that way WANT you to believe that they are representative of trans women everywhere. they're super not. they really are just a handful of angsty people online looking for someone to pick on.
all trans people have more commonalities than differences. there aren't two distinct species of trans people from two different planets, there are just trans people with a wide diversity of experiences and walks of life. we are all affected by the same systems of oppression.
find community and mutual support with transfems. build solidarity and have conversations about how we can help each other. the only way we all get through this shit is together.
Iβm sure Iβm not the only person to send in submissions on transandrophobia surrounding βmpregβ jokes, but I want to add something I donβt often see mentioned.
It was always and still is awful to treat pregnant men as βfetishisticβ, βdisgustingβ, or βunrealisticβ due to their pregnancy, but I think it is ESPECIALLY vile when you also consider that:
- Transmascs experience incredibly high rates of sexual assault
- Transmascs are often pushed out of mΓΌllerian reproductive health spaces through malgendering* (implying that if they actually want to be treated as men they wouldnβt be involved in βwomenβs issuesβ)
It is genuinely appalling to me how people donβt think anything of the fact that their attempt at a joke could not only hit a REAL pregnant man, but that itβs definitely not irrational to assume thereβs a fair chance they are NOT pregnant by their own will. People should really be calling out these βjokesβ more when they see them.
*I also donβt see enough people talking about how the βtrans men shouldnβt care about βwomenβs issuesββ is blatant malgendering. I see people call out how illogical this behavior is but rarely do I see it called out as the blatant transphobic remark that it is.
This is androqueerphobia.
Trans men with uteruses and intersex men with uteruses deserve to have their reproductive rights taken seriously.
That ask talking about people using twink when they really just wanna say the f slur - I got more to that
I'm often called a twink with the purpose of derogatorily feminizing me. While I'm not a man exactly (ftm transsexual and agender) I look very masculine and would usually be seen as a man. When people find out I'm trans im called a twink as a "joke". Not only do I not find it funny, it's very obvs to these people that I am not a twink. I'm fat and very hairy. They literally just do it to degrade me, most people who know I'm trans know that I absolutely hate being feminine and I don't fuck with even lighthearted jokes about feminizing me or implying that I am feminine. At a certain point it seems they just want to call me the t slur. People that do this often don't actually think I'm gay, if I'm in a relationship with a man (and this man could literally be a twink himself) I will be called a twink because I'm trans. Im completely stripped of my identity and degraded because of what people assume my genitals are because I'm trans.
It's entirely on purpose. I really don't understand why. It even happens from other queer people. Just the second people find out that I do not want to be and don't enjoy being feminine they make it their life's mission to feminize me.
It gets worse too. People associated bottoming with being feminine and that's annoying. This is relevant because the same people that call me a twink will infact make jokes about me taking dick and don't stop even when I tell them it's not funny because I have sexual trauma around that and am strictly a top for that reason.
you could probably reblog your post with screenshots of the links (please do that at least for https://www.tumblr.com/pararecovery/759174848735019008/engaging-with-fiction? because while I know now Iβm not a para I definitely have OCD thoughts about violence and ZOCD thoughts both connected to moral OCD and I do like gore but want to make sure Iβm not being unhealthy with itβ¦ Iβm trying to be careful and I only view fictional depictions of it and look away if itβs too much but I donβt know warning signs at all)
Done! [link]
Concerning signs of fiction are if it:
If fiction makes you feel any of the following:
-Makes you feel dissociated (unreal, unautonomous, on autopilot, like you're watching yourself from a third person POV, etc).
-Makes you distressed (angry, frustrated, sad, anxious, etc) with yourself, the authors, or any third parties.
-Makes you feel addicted (unable to stop, thinking about it more and more, uncharacteristically upset when you can't engage in it, etc.)
-Increases urges, rather than relieving or being neutral to them.
its a really small problem, not much of an issue really but the insane lack of transmasc representation in fanfiction, especially for reader insert fics feels very strange to me
maybe it's just because trans people in general are a minority, but there's so many queer people that write fanfiction, im tired of not being able to find fics i can see myself in
This is transandrophobia. No, it definitely is an issue. Transmasc representation in media is statistically lacking [link.]
And fanfiction, the place where this lack of representation should be getting made up for, is lacking just as much.
It's almost always the same archetypes.
Transmascs who are white, skinny, SPETE (someone perisex expected to estrogenize), have gone through minimal or no HRT or surgery, and are okay with vaginal penetration (and often their breasts being touched.)
Also, it often has pregnancy thrown in just for the sake of fetishes or to create a fanchild.
In a vacuum, nothing is wrong with these things. Transmascs like that exist, fetish content is allowed to exist, and if you're making a fanchild-centric fic about pregnancy there's nothing inherently wrong with that.
But it's just exhausting to never see diversity.
Where are transmascs of color? Black, Brown, Asian, Latino, Pacific Islander, Indigenous transmascs?
Where are fat transmascs? Muscular transmascs?
Where are intersex transmascs? Transmascs who are SPETA (someone perisex expected to androgenize), transitioning from one type of masculinity to another (ie; binary manhood to non-binary manhood, Westernized manhood to culturally gendered manhood, etc)?
Where are transmascs who are going through HRT? Transmascs who have gone through metoidioplasties, phalloplasties, vagina-preserving phalloplasties or metoidioplasties, nullification, vaginectomies, etc?
Where are transmascs who feel dysphoria or disconnect over parts of their bodies, (and in NSFW works, where is the contect of them having to navigate around that)?
Where are the complex storylines of transmasc pregnancies?

not sure if this counts as anti-masculinity or if it's just a weird experience i've had but every time i think about this experience, i feel pretty weirded out??
for context, i'm transmasc non-binary and attracted to men (although at the time that this happened, i was just out as non-binary) and my friend at the time is a cisgender girl and a lesbian. we were talking about celebrity crushes and stuff, and there had always been this weirdness around me being attracted to men, particularly older men (when i say older, i mean men in maybe their 40s - 50s). anyway so that time, we were talking about celebrity crushes and whatnot, and she was like, "i mean, look at this picture of her, she's gorgeous!" and she showed me a picture of her current celebrity crush, which was an older lady (also in her 40s, although i don't remember exactly who it was). i agreed that objectively, she was lovely-looking, and it was all okay until i pulled up a picture of my celebrity crush at the time and said, "what about him, doesn't he look pretty okay?" but she instantly fired back with that he was too old and that it was gross, and i do believe she even laughed at me.
i just feel like that's very weird? and it's happened multiple times where people can express that an older woman is gorgeous, but the moment it's about a man (and particularly when it was coming from me when i was with my then friends), it's "gross".
apologies if this is very long, it's just something that's been on my mind recently because it feels very strange to me that people judge you (general you) instantly if you're attracted to an older man, but not so quickly (from my experience) if you're attracted to an older woman.
This is androageism and lookism.
I'm so sick and tired of people's appearances being called gross. It's not okay to mock someone just because you don't personally find them attractive.
My mom is a social worker. Recently, a kid snapped and stole his mom's gun and sat on the roof of his house idly firing at trash in order to get CPS to remove him from the house. CPS had previously been called - this is not an exaggeration - thirty-nine times. But this is an ass-backwards part of the South, so everyone kept going, "she's a woman. she can't have really hurt him" and "a child needs his mom. we can't send him to his dad" and my mom's least favorite, "he's probably acting out because his dad abused him." His dad has literally never been accused, let alone charged, with abuse. But men can't possibly raise kids. Women do the child-rearing. So let's just kick this can down the road and keep acting like everything is fine, until this literal child makes such a scene that authorities are forced to act. Better to leave him in a home with meth and firearms around than to hand custody over to a man.
This is prime gender essentialism.
Literally so horrible, the way victims of women abusers are undermined and unbelieved. The amount of times I've read about kids being abused by their moms just being left to suffer, because "moms don't abuse" infuriates me.
And it enrages me more when the moms aren't put under investigation, yet the dads are, even when the dads have 0 evidence pointing to them.
ive seen people treat biastophiliacs like actual rapists, especially if they're men. It's almost as if these accusations don't ruin people's life's, and all for a paraphilia
This is paramisia, especially androparamisia.
The whole "masculinity makes you a predator" thing does not intersect well with "having a demonized paraphilia makes you a predator" rhetoric.

Making this because Tumblr refuses to take off the mature account filter on the account, and so tons of minors are incapable of accessing paraphilia education. (Despite the fact that minors themselves can be paraphiles, and it's not uncommon for paraphilias to form during childhood [link.])
Alright, let's start.

[ID of the last segment (since it won't let me add it in the alt text):
Conclusive thoughts:
Incest is not technically "immoral" if all parties are fully consenting (that includes no grooming/coercion), but it is more often than not dangerous and unhealthy, and it is unlikely to even be considered by a mentally healthy individual.
Choosing an intimate partnership with a relative rather than an outside party is like metaphorically walking through a minefield when there is a world of non-risky land just behind you to explore instead.
I do not believe in arresting those who participate in consensual incest, but I also do not believe it should be encouraged, and I think they deserve psychological help, and that society should be questioning the reasons behind why such a dynamic may have formed rather than judging them.
There is a severe lack of studies on the long-term affects of consensual sibling-sibling incest, and I think that is something that needs some serious looking into.

As a bonus, here are posts not made by me (Kris) but instead made by my headmates. These posts are not marked mature (as of right now): or @pararecovery.
Why "paraphiles who don't act on it are fine" is still a paramisic statement [link]
Stop pretending to be a mental health advocate if you think people with "dangerous" paraphilic disorders are inherently predators, deserve to feel ashamed of themselves, or deserve conversion therapy [link]
Children can be paraphiles [link]
Parental controls and age verification are ineffective; so what is the solution? [link]
Here are some posts by @pararecovery (which is unfortunately marked as mature) that deserve attention:

Yess!!! Let's fight misogyny with... fatphobia and body shaming? I really don't get these "progressive feminists" that are literally just fatphobic. What's wrong with blad and fat men? And what's wrong with women liking these type of men?
Does this person realize that women can be bald and fat too, and these comments also affect them???
This is androsizeism and androlookism. @this-is-lookism @this-is-fatphobia
It can also be androableism, because:
1- Fatness can cause disability or be a symptom of disability.
2- Beer bellies are often indicative of alcoholism, which is an addictive disorder (thus, a disability.)
3- Baldness is often a result of disorders like autoimmune alopecia/alopecia areata (which is a disability.)
It can also be intersexist towards people with hypergonadism or hypogonadism, both of which can cause balding.
How about we stop making fun of the bodies of misogynistic men, because their body isn't what makes them a misogynist?
And as you said, this impacts other genders who are fat or balding too. Like, what about fat women? Fat enben? Balding women? Balding enben?
To all fat and/or balding men, enben, and women- you're stunning.

Is there any sort of archive/someone reblogging all of this-is-paramisiaβs posts? Iβm a minor that wants to be inclusive
Hi, so I am actually the mod of @thisisparamisia! You can see some of my posts screenshotted on the pinned post of my headmate's account @inclusive-youth-liberation. I am not sure if reblogging the posts makes them viewable, since my entire account got flagged as mature? (Still hate that tumblr refuses to take off that label, paraphilia education is for all ages. Minors can be paraphiles or know paraphiles.)
But maybe sometime soon I could make a post compiling screenshots on @dhddmods of my most important posts?
Someone in a comments section explained that bi men are often fetishized. Just that. Literally just, βbi men are often fetishized.β And someone replied complaining about how men always claim they have it worse than women.
This is andro-monosexism.
How does saying "bi men experience fetishization" at all translate into "bi men have it worse than bi women?" Literally just putting words and implications into peoples mouths.
