Ok, apologies it took me awhile to come up with an answer cuz my brain is mainly fixated on a certain peach boy and robot scout for quite awhile. Plus like I really REALLy like Ana and Lulu being besties, but they technically already interacted with them eating together in Get it Together. Joe and Jimmy bonding over being bombastic in public but shy otherwise would be great too but as Jimmy worked under Joe in DIY, that also can’t count for this inquiry.

But I realize Cicada has JUST got officially shown in present timeline WarioWare in Move It and I had been a little fixated on her before that reveal (calling her Firefly at the time). So something between her and the twins would count for this…which is boosted by having her, Lulu, and the twins on CuddleBug Island (my Tomodachi Life Living the Dream file)

So I think Kat and Cicada would be fast friends, and that seemed to be a thought I had pre reveal. Now I can supplement it with:

With Ana becoming friends with Lulu, thus developing a bit of identity away from Kat, the older twin ninja does end up feeling a bit lost and jealous. And then Cicada comes along and is the cool kung fu person, probably cooler than Cricket to her. Kat immediately takes a shine to the wanderer and hangs with her whenever Ana isn’t available. Lulu has mixed feelings about Cicada if Lulu still has a crush on Cricket at this point. Fortunately in the end, everyone gets along as sibling vibe friends…??? IDK WarioWare is a found family, though one shouldn’t be pushing traditional roles, and fiction is fun to explore with. These four could just be friends with very differing ages. Ana loves Kat and Lulu very dearly though the vibes of both are different (to me) cuz Kat’s her twin sister.

Haru the Sportsmate! Again?

Well, I say their pronouns are she/they, and they are nonbinary. Because canon never said their pronouns or gender. Heck, very few know her name is Haru.

Cadence and Quote have been officially drawn as a cat and dog(?) respectively, but just made Momotaro as a bunny rabbit, because. Because. (Though the concept of him stomping in annoyance or anger was a factor since I like watching animal videos. Though I don’t really see him doing such, but canon doesn’t have much to work with, and my imagination has him be a bit timid and anxious. Perhaps the latter concept was a factor too.)

Was this because of the rifts? Magic juice-err, potions? Traveling to another world? Just an alternate universe? I dunno. I just felt like drawing them as critters.
