I haven't had enough time to draw angelfish properly (that doesn't mean there won't be more content, I've been commissioning many things hehe) since my job is taking a very good chunk of my time, but today I wanted to drop more about Ashley's lore, this time during her teen years specially during high school :3

Ashley wasn't born in USA or Spain neither even when she's half spanish, she spent her first 15 years living in Venezuela until her family decided to move to Spain because of how hard was becoming to live in the country

She was a very good student, not the smartest of her class but definitely someone who was very applied and focused on her learning and grades, but this would cause her to feel insecure most of the time since she wanted to become a perfect student, surprisingly enough her parents were never pressing her on being a student of higher grades more than just doing the bare minimum to pass the year, she would become stressed if her notes were lower than 18 points (the max score of grades in Venezuela are 20 points and the minimum to pass are 10 points)

She was mostly silent and introvert all of the time, but she always did her best to get along well with her classmates

She didn't have too much friends either, mostly of them were from a younger grade than her or like just two or three classmates were truly her friends

oh she slept a LOOOT during classes, this is because she would stay up to late hours at night either watching anime, memes or playing videogames like Touhou or VN's, it's was her escapism to her young student life

lunch breaks were a bit odd for her...she didn't have many people to hang around with or to pass the time, she would spend it either staring at classmates playing sports (not in a weird way ok) or drawing or studying for some important assignment

oh she loved biology and science matters!

she used braces, which made her feel more insecure than ever because she felt she was the ugly stereotype of a nerdy girl (that and because a classmate made fun of her teeth one time), making her feel unable to smile properly for the next years

Jacob and Ashley have like a five or six year age gap but I wanted to show anyways how they would've been if they met around that age...I feel like Jacob would've admired the way she was totally inmersed on her grades and how much she wanted to build up an excellent future for her, making him to be completely obssesed with her cleverness and dedication...they would've been a very corny ass teen couple

although Ashley was more focused on her learning than paying attention in getting a boyfriend or a romantic relationship in general, her parents, specially her mother, were worried about how she wasn't really living her teen years trying to understand what having a partner or experimenting romantic love was, and were even more worried about the fact she wasn't socially enough to have a stable group of friends...she tried to ignore these complaints most of the time, but the insecurity always kicked back to her

Greer condones biographies but he isn’t writing a memoir or having it ghost written. He doesn’t care to and he doesn’t read or write

Magenta rather prefers her legacy to stand on its own without needing private life for context

Jack would write a memoir and try to not make it so depressing for other young black boys like him

Ashley, hell no and no biographies have been with her consent

Renata cannot legally do it because all the people she has dirt on will sue her to death
