#paperwork - I compare physical forms to their transcribed computer form and fix discrepancies #I also adjust minor customer errors where possible so we don't have to ask them “hey wtf were you on when you filled this out”#anyone who thinks AI can scan and process paperwork correctly is Incorrect.#it can barely get transcription correct when the paperwork has been filled out on a computer and printed out #much less anything that's been filled out by hand or with mild carelessness
