Basic summary: Anneliese Amell was never recruited by the Wardens and would have been, well, not *content* to spend her life in the Circle... but fine enough - protected by her nobility, Irvings favouritism and her general likeability from the worst abuses of the Circle, and academic by nature, she is able to carve out a life for herself within its walls.
Until she finds herself pregnant. Rather than be separated from her baby, she flees the Circle in the chaos of Uldred's rebellion.
After years in hiding, her daughter, Leandra (Andi) manifests magic at 5 years old, she decides she cant do it on her own and sets out to find Leandra's father, Anders. She finds him... in a Kirkwall on the edge (starts in late act 2)
Themes around community and resistance, parenthood and generational trauma, and building family in the face of violence and repression. (Probably sounds loftier than it will turn out, but thats my ambition!)
