This Want Tree file includes the following:

Riftwalker's Wants Tree

Go Steady Want for Adults and Elders*

Fixed Break Up Want for Teens, Adults and Elders; both for Steady and Marriage

New Family Member Want for Teens and Children of All Aspirations

University related Wants enabled for All Aspirations

Engagement Want and Left at Altar Fear enabled for All Aspirations

*You need another mod to enable those interactions. Mine only enables the want.

Note: I disabled Teen Woohoo wants for the most part. I still have the file without that feature as a backup so I can upload it if requested. Uploaded.

Careers now roll based on Interests rather than Aspirations (Adults Only)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Backup your original WantTrees.package. This package is located at:

For the old-school version: EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSData\Res\Wants

For the new-school UC version: Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Wants

2. Rename matti_WantTrees.package to just WantTrees.package.

3. Replace WantTrees.package in the game installation folder with the one you downloaded (not your Downloads folder).

KNOWN ISSUES

Engagement and Steady wants may roll at the same time.

Sims may roll Steady wants towards their spouses.

Teens may still get the 20 Woohoo LTW despite the wants being disabled. A workaround is to just reroll the LTW with a mod such as Sim Blender.

Features:

pick nails by icons in selection dialog window

open a nail salon! (sort of)

as a bonus, smoothed out mesh

If you set the nail box for sale in an owned business, customers will browse and buy manicures. You decide if you want to actually choose and apply nail designs. If not - customers will pay money and move on, don't worry, they won't put on random overlays autonomously! Also, there's a menu setting to disable sales pop-ups if you get tired of doing everyone's nails, but still want the money flowing. When you don't play the owner, customers just look busy and nothing happens

At home, costs §10 to do nails, §50 at businesses, §0 to remove. The nailbox itself costs §5 I think and is found in Misc./Dressers

Dialog with icons allows for multiple selection, but in this case, all the nails are mutually exclusive, sims won't wear more than one design

Try it (same GUID as the original, only use one at a time)

I made handy template files and a tutorial on how to use them to create your own overlay/tattoo/accessory/nail box with icons and OFB functionality. I will release them as soon as we ironed out this baby. There may be things I didn't think of

As usual, each mesh contains single body shadow texture used by all recolors, to avoid redundancy.
