If you can, I strongly recommend estradiol ethanate, 40 mg concetration. dose: 0.8, if that feels to low, go up, too low go down. Avoid T blockers when possible, but if you still need them (i.e. for intersex conditions) - try Bicalutamide, as it has the least amount of side-effects. When getting bloods, check not only estrogen levels, but also T levels (should be about 1) and SHBG levels (aim for 125>, its a sign of your REAL estrogen levels). If your levels don't look right (high E, no T suppression, or opposite, or low SHBG), get checked for intersex conditions stat - my HRT (and my weird puberty) is how I figured out my biological sex was funky. Intersex conditions like NCCAH and XXY can alter how much you need and cause additional risks. Depending where you live, you can do them privately - not cheap however - but could save you a DVT risk or underdosing yourself (once I figure out whats causing my HRT troubles, I'll make a guide for that). Otherwise DVT risk is low. It's similar to that of cis women. Also if you are over 40, get breast cancer checks! If anybody has good resources/corrections, add em!
