Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice
serves: 2 1 chicken breast 1 head of cauilflower, riced 1/2 cup of peas 1/2 cup of carrots, sliced 1/2 cup of green beans 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp bragg liquid aminos 1 egg
1. Heat olive oil on a frying pan and slice and dice 1 chicken breast. Add chicken to the skillet. Let cook for about 10 min.
2. Whisk egg and add to a new skillet and scramble them.
3. Add cauliflower rice to chicken frying pan, let saute for 5 minutes.Â
4. Add carrots, peas, green beans and scrambled eggs to frying pan for 2 minutes before adding liquid aminos, keep on heat for about 2 more minutes.Â
5. Remove from frying pan and enjoy.Â
