Hello, everyone!

How time flies! We are so excited for all the idea contributions we received in the prompting period, and we hope everyone feels just the same. Have you found the prompt of your dreams yet? No worries, the sign-ups are open for quite a while, so don't hesitate to claim it anytime. But for the eager ones, here we come!

Before you sign up for our fest, please remember that this fest deals with mature subjects and the participants are responsible for curating their own experiences within the fest. This applies to viewing the prompts list, which is uncensored.

Please make sure to read the rules and guidelines HERE on tumblr or HERE in a separate document before claiming.

Because the prompts are distributed on the first come first served basis, please, choose three preferred prompts for maximum satisfaction. You will be able to claim ONE prompt during the Claiming period (July 6th – October 23rd). We will not list the claimers name on the prompt list.

Another important point is that THIS IS AN ANONYMOUSLY POSTING FEST, so we ask you not to divulge the prompt you are claiming.

Hello hello! Thanks for your question.

Removing the "maximum rating" option from the prompting form was an intentional decision. We decided to do it for two main reasons.

First, we wanted to simplify the prompting process and make the form a little easier to fill out.

Second, in previous years, we got many questions about it, and it seemed many people were unsure what "maximum rating" actually meant. Some participants also felt hesitant to create for a different rating than that which was selected as "maximum" even when they otherwise wanted to. To encourage people to create whatever they feel inspired to create, regardless of rating, we decided to remove that field.

If a prompter does have a preference for the rating, they're absolutely welcome to mention it in their Likes/Additional Info or in their Dislikes/Squicks. We always encourage creators to pay close attention the second section (especially if the prompt is not anonymous and the creator is planning to dedicate the work to the prompter.)

On this prompt “In the 17th century, Remus Lupin and his father are witch hunters sent to stay at the Black family’s estate as they investigate signs of dark magic within the surrounding villages. Things get complicated Remus falls for Lord Black’s youngest son, and even worse when all evidence of witchcraft points towards the Black family” I wrote “youngest son” instead of “eldest son”
