This Spicy Peanut Chicken has just the right amount of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. The red pepper flakes give it a spicy kick, and the creamy peanut sauce makes it taste rich. It tastes so good that it will quickly become a favorite!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: For the sauce, put peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and mix them together. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts, then put them in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Put the chicken in the bag, add the marinade, and seal it up. Then, rub the marinade into the chicken. For the best flavor, put the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and add it to the skillet. Shake off any extra marinade. When the chicken is golden brown on the outside and cooked through, it's done. Put the chicken on a plate to serve, and for decoration, sprinkle it with chopped peanuts. Enjoy while hot!
