Indulge in these rich and fudgy flourless brownies topped with creamy peanut butter frosting. They're the perfect treat for peanut butter lovers and those who are gluten-free!
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup honey. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons softened butter. 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. A 8x8-inch baking dish should be greased. Put peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth. Salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda should be added. Mix everything together well. If you want to, add chocolate chips and chopped peanuts and mix them in. Cover the baking dish with foil and pour the batter into it. Spread it out evenly. It's done when the edges are set and the middle feels a little firm. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Make the peanut butter frosting while the brownies cool. Butter that has been softened and enough milk or cream to make it spreadable should be mixed together in a bowl. Cover the brownies with the frosting after they have cooled. Cut and serve. Have fun!
