Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup cake mix vanilla or white cake mix. 1/4 cup crushed candy canes. 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch dish that can go in the microwave with parchment paper, leaving two sides overhanging to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Each time you microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir it so that the chocolate chips melt completely and the mixture is smooth. Add the cake mix and mix it in well. You can add the rainbow sprinkles, crushed candy canes, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract all at once. Put the fudge mix into the dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the dish. Cut into squares or any other shape you want.
