Hi loves,
I have had this blog for quite some time now. When I started out I didn't know what I wanted out of this experience but I knew that I wanted to be honest to myself and write down what felt true to myself. Now with some time to myself, I have realized that I want to convert this blog into a mental health support page. I am not yet fluent in all the mental health issues but I am learning and along the way I want to share some tips with people here. If my posts help even a single person , I will feel extremely grateful and fulfilled.
