Just saying, depending on how old Qifrey was when he left, it is entirely possible that he went throught a second growth spurt during his travels, with the sunlight providing that sweet sweet vitamin D. Couple that with his swordsman's training, which must have been gruelling and intense, and he probably also developed defined muscles.
All of this is to say: imagine you're Olruggio, your "best friend"/situationship walks out on you to fuck around the peninsula for god knows how long. Then one day he suddenly comes back and not only does that motherfucker have the gall to be a head taller than you now, but he is also ripped.

SPOILERS FOR CHAPTERS 92-93
Olruggio wanted to erase his Nauz memories, right? Am I crazy for thinking this? I thought this was an obvious read. Here's some more context with the page before:
Yes he ends up using the memory wipe spell to erase his memory of Qifrey's situation, but he knew about the spell and had been researching it to the point that multiple adult witches refused to teach it to him before he knew anything was up with Qifrey at all. What in the world would be obsessed with erasing to go that far for except trying to get rid of his PTSD triggers because he thinks it's getting in the way of him being the perfect useful witch that helps and saves people and never messes up ever ever ever again? It's really important he never messes up ever ever ever again. And the being reckless with fire to the point of regular injury exposure therapy isn't really doing the job for some reason.
THISSS. THIS. The way he brings it up to Qifrey is too familiar (?), as if Qifrey should already have an idea what olruggio would have been looking for in the tower. He doesn't say "hey this is a solution I found", he says "remember that spell I was looking for", meaning he probably came along not just as emotional support, but for his own search.
And then there's also the line from Olruggio himself that the Tower only shows you what your heart is truly searching for. And while I don't doubt that he was desperately searching for a silverwood solution in that moment, the tower probably led him to what he was looking for more broadly, and it happened to work as a solution for this problem as well. Olruggio probably anticipated that, which is why he went into the tower with so much certainty and seemed to have a plan in mind. It's likely that he knew the tower would lead him to the memory spell he was searching for, but instead of using it for Noz like he'd originally wanted, he chose to use it for Qifrey's sake, knowing he'd forget it later.
In a way, this could also put more meaning behind the whole "partners in pain" thing, since Olruggio is giving up the emotional balm he sought enough to challenge the tower to save Qifrey instead

Endlessly diabolical how you can't say words like rape and suicide uncensored without either being criticised by idiots or punished by conglomerates.
It's not r*pe, it's rape. It's not su*cide, it's suicide. Not unalive, dead. The backbone needs to be reintroduced en masse because softening the blow of these concepts with advertising language does absolutely nothing but allow people unaffected by them to feel not even a sting of what they can do, prompting inaction.
And it's been proven that on certain websites, you don't even face a repercussion for using the words as they are. People just started censoring themselves because they feared the potential lack of views and likes and followers which is so nasty itself.
I attended an anti-suicide seminar in college. One of the big takeaways from it was that stigmatizing suicide increases the rate of suicide, because people who are feeling suicidal feel like they can't ask for help. Every time I see babytalk garbage like 'unalive', I think of that.
Use the real words. Words have power, and they matter.
