I don’t even know where to start: Sidious smirking at all of this knowing 100% that Dooku’s gonna be dead in like 10 minutes? The fact that Sidious is like “no no, trust me, when you kill Obi-Wan, Anakin will LOSE ALL OF HIS SHIT because OBVIOUSLY HE WILL because everyone knows how Anakin is about that guy, and then we can finish molding him into a being of pure evil”? Dooku thinking using a cybernetic hand is like, akin to wearing neon green polyester bellbottoms? That HE is the reason Anakin NEEDED a new hand to begin with? That Dooku says Obi-Wan is basically his grandson? That once again someone from the Jedi Order has a favorite kid and once again it is ABSOLUTELY Obi-Wan???

…that the scene right before this with Anakin and Obi-Wan is the part where they basically recite their wedding vows to each other and Obi-Wan declares he’d want “no other man [by his side]” and Anakin practically cries because the Force is singing with Pure Uncomplicated Love??

You extend your hand. “I noticed you’re new here. What’s your name?”
