My heart in the middle of a long run in 100 degree weather 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Quick compilation of my heart with the ultrasound. You see all four valves and the bloodflow with colorflow doppler. Tricuspid valve looks nice and healthy - maybe trace regurgitation (very typical). Mitral valve does have more regurgitation, but if you've listened to my heart - you know there's an audible murmur there. Can't really tell as well with aortic and pulmonary, but I tried my best. Hope you enjoy! Need to do some more exams with this thing. Let me know if you're interested. We can do an (almost) full cardio workup!

My heartbeat immediately after running! As you can hear I’m trying to catch my breath lol and also I guess when I do any sort of running or cardio my stomach growls very loudly 😓😓😓 anyway listen to my heart pounding hard and me breathing heavy 😮‍💨 felt like it was gonna jump out of my chest how loud he is and how he felt against my ribs!
