But Roy's safety line gets burned away. And suddenly Johnny realized Roy means more than just a work partner or friend. Not sure what yet because the moment is so fast, but something.
Once Roy is safe and Johnny can relax, he realizes what that something more is. Johnny's watching Roy in his element, saved a kid and puppy for goodness sake, and he realizes, "Oh... Oh!" Johnny Gage is head over heels, madly in love with Roy DeSoto.

The one where it's okay to repeatedly call a side character a "gossipy c__t" multiple times while watching. She don't even get a gif because I didn't want to look at her face more than I had to..
Also, this one was directed by Kevin Tighe, and he made the directing and acting choice to look adorable.
I like especially the third one when Johnny tries to explain something with his hand and the klaxons go on. 😁 🤭 🤣
