"Hey you loud mouth, give it back!!" You shouted across the village's walkway, chasing a boy. "Hah! Ain't no way a chemist ass brain like yours could outrun me. WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?! CATCH UP ALREADY—"

The boy wasn't smug for very long as he felt himself being lifted off the ground, arms still wrapped around the various pouches and beakers. "H-Hey, what the hell? Put me down you crazy!!" The man didn't even budge, just silently glare at him.

"Gotcha! Now hand me my meds!" You didn't seem to pay much attention to the intimidating blonde man in front of you, just reached out your hand to retrieve your stuff.

"Meds? Ya got a condition, kid?" That was when you were fully aware of your surrounding, finally snapping back to look at him. Stanley Snyder—oh yeah, the astronaut that's famous like, world wide.

Why is he here?

"Stanley? What are you doing? We need you to replace the first test pilot, Stann?" Another voice rang out from behind, and there he was—Xeno Houston Wingfield. You know him too, after all, who doesn't.

He might as well about to be added in the new world's history book. "Yo, so is there any of you that would very kindly put me back down?" The daze was quickly interrupted by the boy again, dangling against Stanley like a scuffed kitten.

Stanley didn't mutter an apology, he simple let out a quick "Oh", and dropped the kid to the ground. You quickly rushed towards them to retrieve your experiment.

"...Leaves? What's that for?" Your ears perked as you heard the scientists question. Ain't no way this is true—the highly respected scientist talking to you?! What a perfect chance to seize control of more equipments.

If you could convince them that you're a genius, then maybe they will see the potential and permit you to get those batches of tulsi you wanted so bad.

"Hey, I never know your research gets so 'deep'. Actually I kinda like that, are you gonna kill people or something with all those meds?" Was that supposed to be backhanded? Not sure, but either way you're too excited to be allowed a little controlled amount of what you wanted.

"Thank you mister Snyder, thank you mister Wingfield! I'll take your words as confirmation!" You exclaimed, you didn't even look back—practically drowned in happiness as you grabbed the boy's hand and sped off like a mini tornado.

"Jude or whatever—you stole from me, so now you gotta pay the punishment. PARTNERS MY ASS, GO BRHIND BE YOU UNDERLING!"

"...I'm getting deja vu." Stanley made a remark before going in for another drag of his cigarette.

"Guess the same goes for both of us. I hope they're a match." Xeno crossed his arms, the slightest sign of a faint, nostalgic smile creased the corner of his mouth.

"Now if you would return back to out meeting. I'll be sure to tell Senku about this."

I got deja vu while watching the legally blonde prequel series Elle, specifically the scene where she is back in LA and she rips and restyles the dress for Cosmo

I had a dream of this exact scene (and the comment my mom made about it) months ago, which is really wild considering I didn't even know much about it at all until recently, like this week

I would love to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar!
