“Sammy, c’mon, I’m a dying man here,” Dean whined.

“Shut up,” Sam said from the armchair, newspaper rustling between his fingers. 

“Please, Sammy. One last time?” Dean asked again and Sam knew that if he looked up Dean would be sitting across from him on the puke green sofa, puppy eyes in full force to try and convince him. 

“You’re not gonna die,” Sam just said resolutely, not looking up. 

“Please,” Dean repeated. “It’s my dying wish.”

“It’s your dying wish to- “ Sam started, a blush creeping up his cheeks.

“- eat you out, yeah. It’s like the best way to go out!” Dean finished his sentence, grinning widely when Sam finally looked up. His brother was subconsciously scratching at his arm and Sam reached out, swatting his hand away from the phantom itch.

“You’re not going to die,” Sam repeated but damn Dean and his stupid puppy eyes. 

“Please,” Dean pleaded again in a tone that meant he knew that he had won already. 

“Fine,” Sam sighed, folding the newspaper up and putting it back on the table. 

“Hell yeah!” Dean yelled, jumping up from the sofa before looking around wildly like he had scared himself with his voice.

Sam wasn’t going to let his brother die but he wouldn’t let him live this down either.

“Christ, Dean,” Sam sighed exasperatedly before he got up and walked over to the beds on the other side of the room. 

Dean was almost giddy next to him as he started shucking off his clothes, getting stuck in his shirt and pants, making Sam shake his head again as he undressed in a more measured way. 

“C’mon, Sammy,” Dean grinned, pushing Sam onto the bed. 

Sam could feel Dean’s hands tremble a little while he spread Sam’s legs apart. 

“You know you don’t hav-” Sam started when Dean pulled away again to scratch at his arm. 

“I want to!” Dean almost shouted, immediately moving back in as if he was worried that Sam would.

“Fine,” Sam said, batting Dean’s hand away from his arm before he laid back down. He grabbed the pillow under his and pushed it into Dean’s hands instead. 

His brother looked confused for a second before he pushed Sam’s legs up to shove the pillow under his hips. 

The cool motel air hit Sam’s sensitive skin and he twitched, apparently enticing Dean. 

His brother had always liked to eat him out, even though Sam wasn’t the biggest fan, but he acted downright obsessed now. 

Sam hadn’t actually been that turned on so far but he could feel his dick twitch, simply at the ferocity with which his brother was going at it. 

Dean moaned and groaned while he was sucking and licking at Sam’s rim, leaving a trail of spit to run down his crack. 

Sam shifted his hips lightly at the feeling, making his brother look up. Dean studied him for a second before he sat back on his heels. 

“Are you okay? Am I doing it wrong?” Dean asked, in a panicked tone. Sam almost reeled back at the question. Dean had never asked him that before, especially not if he was doing something that he really wanted to do and it startled Sam. “I’m fine, why?” Sam asked, a little suspiciously. 

“You don’t like it, do you?” Dean asked, nervously. 

“I do, but you gotta give me a moment to get there, Dean. We were talking about you dying just before,” Sam tried to explain himself. 

Dean’s eyes widened. “Really? It’s okay?” 

“Yes, Dean, I’m okay,” Sam reassured him, grabbing for his hand at his hip to squeeze it once. 

Dean however had other plans as he turned his hand, grabbing Sam’s and lacing their fingers together in a bit of an awkward hold. 

Sam blinked at it but didn’t comment on it, Dean was sick after all and he didn’t want to speed up the progression even more by making him feel uncertain and scared.

Dean ducked back down again, one hand back on his ass, the other holding onto Sam’s hand.

Sam groaned a moment later when Dean finally added some fingers into the mix and he squeezed Dean’s hand in assurance. Dean squeezed back, humming happily against Sam’s rim.
