Per Aspera Ad Inferi

A major factor in my enjoyment of something is if it sparks creativity in its fanbase. A story needs to capture the imagination enough that people want to make their own art inspired by the story. If they story doesn't have people drawing, writing, sculpting, fuckin crossstitching then was it really any good? I also almost exclusively buy fan made art because the love a person has for a story shows in the thought put into their art.

I usually keep my He Man and The Masters of The Universe posting to my side blog but I'm gonna need you guys to go see the new Masters of The Universe movie. It's so good. It's so fucking good. Prince Adam wears a shirt with a kitten in a teacup on it at one point because he is a gentle soul. Idris Elba plays a caring father. Evil Lyn was hot and evil. It was funny and fun and it had genuine heart. There are so many things I loved that I can't begin to even hint at because they would be spoilers. The soundtrack is amazing. I got so excited every time a character showed up because omg look who it is. Just if you like fun you should see the movie.
