Ok but this is an actual problem. Our energy grid requires that the output of energy always matches the demand for energy. Otherwise you can get things like blackouts caused by rerouting the power directly into the ground so it doesn't blow up transformers. Or energy spikes that can damage grid infrastructure or computers or appliances.
There's energy storage solutions like pumping water up hill and then letting it flow back down through a turbine when you need the power.
Renewable energy definitely is a fantastic thing. But it does have actual issues like these that people designing our electrical system have to be cognizant about.
