Idk if its sleep paralysis but been having these weird moments when I wanna go sleep, I start to dream a little, I wake up and Im still in like, mid-dream. I see my room, I know Im up, but I can hear the dream happening. This time it was a mush of different voices, including police talking on a walkie talkie, random voices and my mom. One after the other, like changing stations on a radio? I couldn’t speak or move, then I started feeling this intense pressure at my back and legs, pushing me down, and the sound of wind or water rushing was getting louder and louder. I dont LIKE these moments so I managed to force my body to shake off the pressure and the sounds finally stopped and I could move and talk. And now here I am calming myself down.
